I ordered a set of teas and a thermal mug, and the order configuration experience was more complicated than I expected. I needed help choosing the correct mug variant (the one with a bamboo lid versus the silicone one), and the form on the site did not clearly explain the differences. I wrote on chat and received a response in about an hour, which was okay, but I would have preferred a clearer guide directly on the page.

After receiving the package, I noticed the packaging was very careful, and the products matched the description. However, the usage instructions for the mug were only in English, which can be inconvenient for a customer from Romania. I sent an email and received a PDF in Romanian the same day – an appreciated gesture, but one that could have been avoided if the documentation had been complete from the start.

Overall, the products are of good quality, and the support was responsive. I recommend checking the exact specifications before ordering and asking for clarification if anything is unclear. For me, the difference between the mug variants was decisive, and the fact that I received a quick response helped me choose correctly.
